The room was super comfy with soft linens, and we loved the bathrobes for our onsen visit. Views of the sea were stunning! The snack bar had some tasty treats, too. Just wish the staff was a bit more visible instead of being behind a button. Overall, great vibe and perfect for easy airport access.

Check-in via machines could use a refresh. clearer prompts would help tired travelers. The onsen’s tattoo policy may surprise some, but the spacious room offered a great view. Perfect for a short airport stay. Dining options were decent, but be prepared if you have tattoos!

I had a delightful stay with a spacious room featuring a beautiful ocean view. The check-in process with the robot dinosaurs was quite fun and added a unique twist. The onsen was a highlight, offering a serene spot to unwind after a long journey. Unfortunately, the beds were a bit too hard for my liking, which made sleep less comfortable.

We had a fantastic stay at Henn Na Resort & Spa Kansai Airport! Our room was spacious and super comfortable, perfect for relaxing after a long journey. The kids loved the robot dinosaur check-in experience. The breakfast was a highlight too, with a delicious buffet that kept everyone happy. Plus, the onsen was such a treat with its ocean view, perfect for winding down.

I really enjoyed my stay here, especially the relaxing onsen spa and fun dinosaur robots that checked me in! After a long flight, unwinding in the hot spring bath was just what I needed. The only downside was that the room didn't quite match the online description, but it didn't ruin my experience. 😌

during my stay at henn na resort & spa kansai airport, i enjoyed the large twin room, which was spacious and comfy. the location was convenient, just a 12-minute walk from the train station. I loved the indoor mineral hot spring. it was a perfect spot for relaxation!

The twin room had a projector and all the basics like a refrigerator and flat-screen TV. The spa was a highlight with a public bath, sauna, and hot spring access. Breakfast had a simple menu but a nice view of the sea. Checking in was automated and a bit impersonal.

I loved the spacious room with a huge shower and the relaxing onsen experience. Breakfast was fantastic, with a magnificent sea view. I'd definitely return to enjoy it all again!
